This coffee is very versatile and favored by a lot of our retail customers. We usually drop this roast right at the start of second crack, producing a smooth clean cup. Flavor tasting notes include walnut, chocolate and bright. Profile sweetness falls somewhere between a (sweet) Brazilian and an intense Colombian. Grown in the Marcala region, at 1200-1700m elevation and is considered mid-high altitude bean. Beans are dried using a raised bed process.
